Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad

This recipe tastes like the original Caesar salad. I used to work at a very fancy restaurant while I was in college. The best part of the job was making tableside dishes, including this Caesar salad which is the best I've ever had. If you have trouble getting the anchovy to mash, add a couple of croutons. The hard edges provide an anti-skid surface and cut into the anchovy.
